Community Update

Very disappointed with the CVS on Tyler Road in Hoover, AL. We have been loyal customers for several years and have multiple prescriptions filled ever month. We were going on a vacation for several weeks and husband's donepezil will run out while we are gone. Asked if they would give us 3 or 4 pills to tide us over. We were told "NO" and that we would have to buy them or we could have prescription refilled at the distant location. Kind of hard to do if you are doing a group trip to National Parks. Will be transferring all of our prescriptions back to another non CVS pharmacy that is more customer friendly
