My email complaint to the Executive Offices of CVS - Dear Sir: My name is Frank Lazzaro, I have been a customer of CVS for over 25 years. This evening, on a very raining night, I entered your CVS STORE in Levittown coming from the gym & carrying my backpack. The night manager, came up to me and informed me that I had to put my backpack on the counter because people are stealing from this store all day and night. I did what he told me to do, but though about it and believe that he discriminated against me because I was wearing a hood and all my clothes were soaked from the rain. He said he is doing it to everyone with a backpack. I purchased some products and notice that a woman wearing a large shopping handbag walked freely around the store in front of him. He also knows me because I am a customer every evening after the gym and carrying my backpack and never had a problem. I also had valuables in that bag that I couldn't take out. I am very upset and going to discuss this with an attorney and the Nassau CountPD concerning this matter.
