CVS Caremark partners with Silverscript Insurance. Both seem to not care about customers at all. Their reps are polite, but not empowered to assist fully. One gets bounced from person to person, department to department in one city and another. Finding out the headquarters of both companies was a task. Perhaps these two need to know that the products that they supply are urgent, Rx medications. Some of them are life preserving. In conversation I repeated that they don't sell pizza. Two things I'm stating here. One is that an Rx that I ordered on or about Dec. 6, 2014 was sent to the wrong address. The won't admit an error. I purchased those Rx at another retailer. However they finally sent them in March or April and still wanted to charge me $46. I refused to pay that in light of the circumstances. Buyer beware that these two organizations are out for every cent they can get and disregard the urgency of the patient's need to receive the items in a timely manner. They are rated a full ZERO in my book. Hello Walgreens and others out there.
