Showcase Pro Wrestling's Wicked Wonderland Tour

This talks about Showcase Pro Wrestling and the current situation between the tag championship as well as the challenge between current champ Don Vega and former champ Cargill Vinton

Since current Showcase Pro Wrestling’s tag team champions Monster Mack won the title a month ago from Mark Damon and Nicolas Night, there has been speculation that they had a little help from an outside source.

Guess what, wrestling fans? Another attack from the masked individuals who caused them to lose their straps has struck again.

On Dec. 28 in Woonsocket, the two masked men attacked Damon
and Night after an interview with Sgt. Muldoon. They were then challenged to a
tag match not for the title vs fan favorite Roger Williams and a random
wrestler that was chosen. Williams and his partner won but only by a cheap shot
Flex and Night were jumped by two wrestlers outside the ring who shall remain nameless until further investigation and beaten senselessly. It was so bad that the both had to be escorted out by the on duty EMT and referee Dana Cama.

Mike Mccarthy the current Victory Championship Wrestling (VCW) heavyweight champion was in attendance that night and as always was a constant antagonist to fans and wrestlers alike. He arrived to the ring wearing a cowboy hat mocking the great Eric Shred aka (The Widow Maker). He challenge anyone of the wrestlers from Showcase to a match. Well ask and you shall receive the former women’s champion and high flying technical expert Val Kyrie had enough courage to go against this man who towered over her. Like the bully he is he had no problem manhandling her and giving her some low blows and chops. The first 10 minutes of the match Val Kyrie was not doing well all of a sudden like she hurled herself like a human missile toward Mccarthy which knocked the wind right out of him. After a 1-2-3 submission hold the special guest referee Dana Cama raised her hand in victory. Later on that night a 20 man battle royal occurred. Wrestlers who participated in that were Val Kyrie, Phantom, Baby Rex, former SPW Champion Cargil Vinton, one half of the Dirt Devils- Bum, The Minute men, Zero, Hercules Jones, Mike Mccarthy, Oliver Sutton as well as several others. Promoter/ Wrestler asked the crowd if anyone from the audience would like to join in for the rumble. The grand prize would be a title shot against Don Vega the current SPW heavyweight champion.

Guest referee Dana Cama, and the on duty EMT who was asked to be called Rescue Nineleven (9-11) volunteered to be part of the rumble. It was an over the top battle royal arms were flying everywhere people were getting put in the corner
and destroyed it was a ugly battle.

In the end, former SPW Champion Cargil Vinton won in an interview after the match. “You better watch out Vega I will put the Holy Roller on you and I guarantee on the father the son and the holy ghost that this prodigal child with the southern smile will prevail by winning back the strap,” Vinton said.

The main event for that night was the Widow Maker Eric Shred vs The Punisher Don Vega, of course it didn’t help Shred much when Mccarthy kept on interfering like a rodeo clown during the match. Vega was the victor of the match and he has become a force to be reckoned with.

For the next several shows on the wicked winter wonderland tour the following wrestlers will e featured “Mr. Nice” Mike Nice, “The Widowmaker” Eric Shred, Former Showcase Pro Wrestling Champion Cargill Vinton, Scott Levesque, The Dirt Devils, Former Showcase Pro Wrestling Tag Team Champions Night & Damon, Showcase Pro Wrestling Heavyweight Champion Don Vega, The Minutemen, (The Latin Crippler) David Armando Nieves Flores, Mike McCarthy, Sgt.
