Planet Fitness Invests $100,000 In Pawtucket Club Remodel

Location offers new flat screen TV’s, tanning beds, hydromassage beds, expanded hours, and more

Planet Fitness, the innovative health club franchise known for its Judgement Free Zone® and friendly prices, today announced the remodel of its Pawtucket, RI club located at 295 Armistice Blvd.

To celebrate, now through November 22, members can join for just $20 down and then $10 a month. Planet Fitness prides itself on offering affordable memberships and a Judgement Free Zone®, where members can work out in a comfortable, non-intimidating environment. Each club also features a “Lunk Alarm,” a purple and yellow siren on the wall used to enforce the policy of no grunting, dropping weights or judging others.

The remodeled Pawtucket Planet Fitness offers new TV’s, new tanning beds*, new HydroMassage beds*, a new Total Body Enhancement Booth*, in addition to high quality cardio and strength equipment, full size locker rooms, and more. The club is also now open and staffed 24 hours a day, Monday thru Friday, and from 7am to 7pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Membership includes a variety of other benefits, including unlimited small group fitness instruction by a certified trainer through the PE&PF® program. In addition, as a member appreciation gesture, Planet Fitness provides free pizza on the first Monday of every month, and free bagels on the second Tuesday of every month.
