The nano-brewery at 840 Cumberland Hill Road, the first in Northern RI, celebrated the first licsensed beer produced in Woonsocket in July, according to a Valley Breeze report. Its Coffee Milk Stout received a good review on Beer Advocate's website Nov. 29.
"Our Ales are made with small equipment that requires true physical involvement from the brewers with each and every batch of beer produced. Though labor intensive, our passion and dedication for quality goes into every batch of Ravenous Ale that goes out into the market. Our batches of beer are forged by hand and truly qualify as handcrafted, artisan ales," writes founder Dorian Rave on the brewery's website.
