I have never had such rude service. I had called Bileau's to see if they would do a project with our Girl Scout Troop, and was hung up on because the owner was too busy. A simple no would have sufficed. Unfortunately for them, I was also looking for a wedding florist, but I wasn't allowed to get that part out before I was hung up on.
