What's Happening this Weekend in Woonsocket?

Here's the slate of activities listed on the Woonsocket Patch Calendar for June 7 through June 9.

You just knew the great weather couldn't last — but there's still lots of things to do in and around Woonsocket this weekend.

With the forecast calling for rain on Friday with clearing Saturday night into Sunday, you may have to dodge a few drops on your way to local events.

Friday, June 7:

  • All day: National Donut Day at Dunkin' Donuts, 1338 Park Ave.. Get a free donut with purchase of a drink.
  • All day: Pack 2 Cub Scouts PawSox Fundraiser at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Rectory. The pack is selling $8 general admission tickets to raise some money. It's the July 29 PawSox game, which is also $1 menu night at McCoy. Also June 8 and 9
  • 8:30 pm: Karaoke at Rick's Bar & Grill. Full pizza menu.
  • 9 pm: Karaoke with DJ Jimmy at Michael's Food & Spirits. 21+, ID required. No cover.

Saturday, June 8:

  • 10 am: Spring Craft Sale at Le Moulin. Handmade jewelry, paintings, one-of-a-kind up-cycled furniture and home decor, hand knit and crochet items, books, and more.
  • 3:30 pm: Harvest of Joy Program on WARV 1590-AM.
  • 9 pm: Karaoke at Ciro's, 42 Cherry St. No cover. Drink and dinner specials.

Sunday, June 9:

  • 1:30 pm: Bingo at Fairmount Heights. Knock on the window and they'll let you in. Mention that you saw the note on Woonsocket Patch.
