Woonsocket Police Arrest Four On Various B&E Charges

On June 24, Woonsocket Police arrested four in connection with five breaking and entering incidents near Cumberland Hill Road since the end of May, recovering most of the stolen property.   

Woonsocket Police Information Officer Det. Jamie Paone said she couldn't comment on the details of what led detectives to the individuals because of their continuing investigations in to the crimes.

Lee Gervais, 24, of 300 Robinson St., Woonsocket, RI:

  • B&E with criminal intent, Take and Bake Express, 413 Cumberland Hill Road — Paone said nothing was taken from this building when it was broken into June 1. 
  • B&E with criminal intent, Beam Truck and Body, 433 Cumberland Hill Road— Gervais is charged with taking about $6,000 in cash from this location June 1 at about 4:49 p.m. 

 Kathryn Antonitis, 29, 30 Fuller Ave., Attleboro, MA:

  • B&E house without consent (296 Rathbun St.), Conspiracy— A TV, laptop and $3,500 in cash were taken from this address June 18 at 6:37 a.m.
Wilfredo Andino, 30, 230 Second Ave., Woonsocket RI

  •  B&E Dwelling House without consent (296 Rathbun St.)
  •  Driving on a suspended license.
  • License of permit required for carrying pistol.
  • Possession of arms by convict in crime of violence/fugitive

 Michael Shaw, 21, 41 Morton Ave., Woonsocket, RI:

  • B&E building during daytime (57 Guertin St.) — Paone said nothing was taken from this address when it was broken into at 10:23 a.m. June 24.
  • B&E dwelling house without consent (341 Aylsworth Ave.) — Jewelry items worth approximately $4,000 and a laptop were stolen from this address. 
  • Possession of burglary tools
