Young Adult Incentives Program Now Enrolling

The Youth Center at FRCA is now enrolling young adults ages 16 to 21 in the Young Adult Incentives Program.  Young adults receive individualized assistance to meet their career and academic goals and may qualify for a six-week paid internship.  Cash incentives are available for completing program benchmarks over the course of a year.

This program seeks young adults in northern Rhode Island from one of the target groups: 1) recent high school graduates not currently enrolled in college; 2) college students; and 3) out-of-high-school youth currently pursuing their GED

To be considered for the program, young adults must be low-income as determined by receiving SNAP benefits or another type of public assistance, or other proof they meet Federal Poverty Guidelines. For more information about the program and eligibility, contact AJ Metthe at 401-235-6005 or ametthe@famresri.org or stop by the Youth Center at 55 Main Street, Woonsocket, RI.
