Raimondo Visits Smithfield Rotary
General Treasurer Gina Raimondo recently visited the Smithfield Rotary Club to answer questions about Treasury’s efforts to engage the community in financial literacy.
“Raising awareness about how Treasury is helping Rhode Islanders is an important part of my job,” said Raimondo. “Our state is trying to grow, and programs such as EverFi, a high school financial literacy program, the Financial Coaching Corps, and alternative payday lending are making Rhode Island stronger.”
