Is this profanity really appropriate ?

So my  daughter shows me this posting apparently from somewhere in facebook, and asks me if this is the same person that is on the City Council.  I was shocked to see that is was, and am just disgusted that an elected person (who I voted for no less)  would be so classless as to use this sort of language on a public site where children can see it. I dotted out the letters in the picture so not to offend anyone else. I will step out of my "taxpayer speak" and say that I expected better from a councilperson.
