Giving Tree, Big Scout Show, See Santa, Share Snapshots

Editor's note: Yeah, we've just shuffled old stuff. But it's important old stuff:

Giving Tree
- To help make the holidays brighter for children in need, BankRI has partnered with 12 local non-profits to provide gifts for the less fortunate this holiday season. Gifts collected at BankRI’s Woonsocket branch Giving Tree at 1175 Cumberland Hill Road will help Connecting for Children & Families.

Scout Holiday Show Dec. 18 Troop 2  Woonsocket will be celebrating the spirit of the season with our annual Holiday Show! This year's show will be presented on Wednesday December 18th from 6:30pm - 8:00pm.
We would like to invite all of our friends in the Scouting and Parish community. Join us for this fun filled night of songs, skits and Yuletide joy! Anyone who would like to sing a song or perform a skit is more than welcome. Let us know what you would like to do and we will pencil you into the schedule.

As we have in done in the past we are asking that everyone bring a snack or beverage for folks to snack on during the show. Contact Scoutmaster Michael Heroux 401-688-6275.

Santa
 - The big guy is back in town this year, meeting with kids at the mini park at City Hall, 169 Main St., through Dec. 17. Check here for the dates

Share your snapshots - As snowfall like Tuesday afternoon become more frequent, you'll probably find yourself with snapshots of snow men, angels or the shoveling/clearing chore added to your morning routine on the way to work. What to do with those photos...what to do... East Providence Patch has the answer: post them here to share with your fellow readers.

Share the Season - The holidays are here! Share in the spirit with the rest of Woonsocket by sharing your photos with Santa, recipes, gift ideas, etc. on Patch.Get the details here
