Budget Commission Today - The Woonsocket Budget Commission meets today, 5 p.m. in Harris Hall at City Hall, 169 Main St. They'll discuss, among other things, a request to fill an open position at the Board of Canvassers office, and vote on a memorandum of agreement offering retirees protection in the event of a city bankruptcy (see attached agenda .pdf).
