 r and alto sax\, harp and guitar\, Piccolo  has been a busy man during h
 is 44 year performing career.&nbsp\; For 25 years  he was leader\, singe
 r and saxophonist for the multi-Grammy nominated  band\, Roomful of Blue
 s. Greg\, along with the rest of Roomful\, was  recently inducted into t
 he Rhode Island Music Hall of Fame (Feb 2012). For the last few years\, 
 Greg has been touring internationally with Jimmie Vaughan\, resulting in
  the 2010 collaboration album Plays\, Blues\, Ballads and Favorites\, wh
 ich was nominated for a 2011 Grammy Award for Best Traditional Blues Alb
 um. They also recorded the song\, "The Ironic Twist"\, which was nominat
 ed for 1999 Grammy Award for Best Rock Instrumental Performance.&nbsp\; 
 Then there's the WC Handy Award/Blues Award nomination for Best Saxophon
 ist.&nbsp\; Piccolo also appeared with Vaughan on the "Late Night with C
 onan O'Brien" show in 2010 and at Lincoln Center in New York\, joined by
  W.C. Clark\, Lou Ann Barton and Rock &amp\; Roll Hall of Fame winner\, 
 Billy Gibbons from ZZ Top in 2011.Greg's seemingly endless credits also 
 include performing on Eric Clapton's "Crossroads Guitar Festival 2010" (
 DVD)\, Jimmie Vaughan's 2002 Grammy Award winning album\, "Do You Get th
 e Blues?" and Stevie Ray Vaughan's "Carnegie Hall Concert" (CD). &nbsp\;
