Join NeighborWorks Blackstone River Valley's (NWBRV) HUD-approved counselors as they walk you through the home buying process in an accelerated manner.The Fast Track class is designed for people who either have a signed Purchase and Sales Agreement and/or an expired homebuyer-training certificate. The class is an eight-hour class that meets on two consecutive weeks for four hours per session. Sessions begin on the third Saturday of every month. The course covers topics from understanding a Purchase and Sales agreement to home maintenance planning. NeighborWorks Blackstone River Valley is a community development corporation that works with residents, businesses, and neighborhood institutions to enrich neighborhood life and make affordable housing opportunities available throughout Northern Rhode Island. Founded in 1987 in response to the first housing crisis that hit the City, the corporation is the home to the only HUD-approved housing and financial counseling center in Northern Rhode Island.
