Woonsocket Police Make Arrests In J&B Liquors Robbery

Detective Gormley, Lincoln Police link two men to July 11 robbery.

 

 

Woonsocket Police Detective Thomas Gormley has arrested two suspects in the
robbery of J&B Liquors
at 1117 Social St. July 11.

During that robbery, a black male had entered the store with a handgun and demanded money from the cash register, according to a release from the department.

The suspect fled the area with a second black male in a silver Volkswagen Jetta. There were no injuries during this robbery. The suspects fled with approximately $600 in cash.

Max Charlemagne, 26, of Pawtucket, was charged with Robbery 1st Degree and Conspiracy for the robbery of J&B Liquors.

Christopher Noel, 31, of Lincoln, was charged with conspiracy for his part in the robbery. Both subjects were arrested on Sept. 24 by Lincoln Police on unrelated charges. Through the investigation done by Lincoln Police and Woonsocket Police Detective Gormley probable cause was found to link both subjects to the robbery.
