Woonsocket Man Wins $20,000 for Second Time on Black Diamond Ticket
Winning lotto ticket purchased at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street in Slatersville.
A Woonsocket man has won $20,000 for a second consecutive year off of a Black Diamond lottery ticket.
The man, who's name has not been disclosed, claimed his prize this morning stating that he would pay bills and buy new furniture with his winnings. His ticket was purchased at Cumberland Farms at North Main Street in Slatersville.
The same city man won the same amount off of a Black Diamond ticket in 2011. Six $20,000 winning "Black Diamonds" Instant Tickets remain.
