Hope Valley barracks

Man in disabled vehicle sporting warrant for failing to appear on suspended license charge

At 10:59 a.m., July 16, Troopers arrested Christopher Washington, age 46, of 345 Paradis Ave, Woonsocket on a 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of driving with a suspended license originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department.

The arrest was the result of checking a disabled vehicle on Old Post Road in Charlestown. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.

Lincoln woods barracks

Car crash on 195 leads to arrest on warrant for failure to pay on domestic assault charge.

At 6 p.m. July 17, Troopers arrested Dominic Andrade, age 38, of 100 Broad St. apartment #429, Providence, Rhode Island on a Sixth Division District Court warrant for failure to appear for ability to pay on an original charge of domestic simple assault out of the Woonsocket Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Route 195 East. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution's Intake Center.

Scituate barracks

Traffic stop leads to arrest on warrant for failing to pay on suspended license charge.

At 10:30 a.m. July 18, Troopers arrested Louis Nelson, age 25, of 2055 Diamond Hill Road, Woonsocket, RI for a 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on a charge of Operating on a Suspended License originating out of Woonsocket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Veterans Memorial Parkway in the City of Woonsocket.

Nelson was transported to Headquarters where he was processed then turned over to 6th District Court.

Wickford barracks

Traffic stop leads to arrest on warrant for failure to appear on no contact order violation

On Tuesday July 17 at 11:30 p.m., Troopers arrested Patrick Tannous, age 36, of 127 Ledgewood, Lane, Woonsocket, Rhode Island on Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Pay Review on the original charge of Violation of a No Contact Order out of Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Tannous was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed and then arraigned by Justice of the Peace Robinson and later released.
