State Trooper Log: Warrants On Skipping Court, Drving On Suspended License

The following arrest information was supplied by the RI State Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Scituate Barracks  

Saturday, May 12: Motor vehicle stops lead to warrants for driving with suspended license.

At 10:27 a.m., Troopers arrested Jared Villar, 18, of 191 Reynolds Ave., Providence for: 1) Driving with a suspended license, 2) A sixth District Court warrant for failure to appear for arraignment for driving with a suspended license originally charged by the RI State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, 3) Affidavit and Arrest warrant out of the Cranston Police Department for Domestic Simple assault.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Park East Drive in Woonsocket. Villar was transported to headquarters for processing and was transported to Sixth District Court.

At 10:27 a.m., Troopers arrested Wilson Martes, 27, of 512 Public St., Providence for a 3rd District Court warrant for failure to appear for payment review for driving with a suspended license originally charged by the Cranston Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Park East Drive in Woonsocket. Martes was transported to Headquarters for processing and was transported to 3rd District Court.

Sunday, May 13: Vehicle stop, warrants for failing to appear on burglary, larceny charges.

At 4:15 p.m., Troopers arrested Jason Delbene, 27, of 640 Social St, Woonsocket, RI for: 1) A Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Review on an original charge of Entering Building/Dwelling with Felony Intent originating out of Woonsocket Police Department, 2) A Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Review on an original charge of B&E Building/Night/Felony Intent originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department, and 3) A Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Review on an original charge of Larceny Over $500/Felony originating out of Woonsocket Police Department.

The Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Diamond Hill Road in Woonsocket. Delbene was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, and then turned over to the Men's Adult Correctional Institution.

Monday, May 14: Warrant for failure to appear on shoplifting charge

At 12:45 p.m., Troopers arrested Jacob Perry, age 22, of 84 Kendrick Ave., Woonsocket, RI, for 1) A Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment, on a charge of Shoplifting, originating out of the North Smithfield Police Department, 2) A Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay, on a charge of Operating on a Suspended License, originating out of the East Providence Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a warrant service at Perry’s home. Perry was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, and turned over to the ACI.
