I'm sorry to say but Bileau's is not very customer friendly. I haven't been there in awhile but last time I was they weren't the nicest and they didn't accept debt or credit cards. Sadly very few people walk around with cash now a days. It's just easier to use debt cards. I was told it was to keep cost down but I didn't see any difference in price when I went to Fontana's and ordered the exact thing. Hopefully things have changed since my last visit.

In my opinion, Roger's Flowers is the best florist in Woonsocket. My family and I have had business with Roger for years and we were never disappointed in his arrangements. We saw other arrangements from other shops and Roger's floral arrangements were much nicer and may I add, at a very reasonable price. I hope he never closes his shop.

I agree, I had an aweful experience at Bileau's, my Uncle who is elderly and sickley was ordering flowers from them and going without food at his house and when they were approached about it, all they cared about was making their money. They could care less that this man was ill and making purchases that he could not afford and continued allowing him to make astronomical purchases. They are a rip-off and I know a lot people who would never do business with them. Hopefully they'll close their doors soon, cause people like that don't belong in our city.
