Police Log: Three Arrested After Traffic Stop Turns Up Drugs
The following arrest information was supplied by the Woonsocket Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Kadeem Edward Mills, 23, of 223 Winter St., Yamir Torres, 28, of 191 Grove St. and Angela Motley, 23, were arrested this week after a traffic stop on Park Avenue turned up narcotics and a warrant. According to reports, officers stopped a vehicle operated by Torres after noticing multiple inspection violations including a missing break light and a loud muffler. The car slowed down, but continued to travel 200 feet before pulling over. Officers pulled up a warrant on Motley, the back seat passenger, then conducted a search of both the vehicle and the other two men.
In Torres's pocket, officers reportedly found a rolled up $1 bill and a bag containing $20 worth of cocaine. Mills also reportedly had a small bag of cocaine in his pocket and police found two small bags of marijuana worth $20 on the driver's side floor. During processing yet another small bag of marijuana was allegedly found in Mill's socket.
Motley was taken in on the warrant; Torres was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of narcotics, and driving in possession of narcotics; and Mills was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of narcotics.

David Dubois, 50, of 58 Federal St., Blackstone was arrested at 1:19 a.m. on Sunday at Boilermakers for disorderly conduct.
Jason David Delannoy, 35, of 58 Federal St., Blackstone was arrested at Boilermakers on Sunday for vandalism.
Tamara Patrice Hill, 31, of 125 Chestnut St. Lincoln was arrested on Sunday at 10 Carey Ct. at 10:10 p.m. for Larceny under $500.
Thomas Grondin, 30, of 283 Manville Rd. was arrested on the Bernon St. bridge at 9:28 a.m. on Monday for a warrant, obstructing an officer in execution of duties and driving without a license.
