Join the Above The Influence NRI Crew and the Boy’s & Girls Club of Woonsocket at Woonsocket Boxing Club, 68 South Main St., second floor, Friday, Nov. 16 at 6 p.m. for a night of jabs, rolls and the perfect reason to quit smoking. “We are promoting the Great American Smoke-Out, a nationally celebrated day to put down the tobacco products and take up something much healthier,” says Tobacco Control Coordinator, Carol Frisk.
Offering up a world of hurt are New England’s Super Middle Weight Champ, Vladine Biosse & MMA Bantamweight Champ Andre Soukhamthath. “This exhibition is part of our Friday Night Fights programming with the Boy’s and Girls Club of Woonsocket to continue promoting healthy alternatives for young people all across the city. We're tossing you in the ring with some real brawlers so you can learn a few things about living Above The Influence of tobacco, drugs and alcohol,” says Assistant Executive Director Victor Ramos.

I wouldn't use boxing as a "healthy" alternative.Maybe bicycling or jogging or just plain walking will do.
