Blackstone Resident's Winning $40K Ticket Bought in Woonsocket

Shell East Side Food Mart sells second winning ticket this year.

Blackstone Mass. resident, Kimberly Lozzi, insists on buying her PowerBall® tickets in Rhode Island, and it paid off when she got her quick pick ticket from Colbea Enterprises at 1325 Diamond Hill Rd., Woonsocket, and won $40 grand.

Her ticket matched four numbers and the PowerBall® number on the July 14 drawing, for a standard payout of $10,000.  However, Lozzi opted to play Power Play® for an extra dollar on her wager, which increased her prize to $40,000.

She's not sure what she'll do with the money yet, besides putting it in the bank.

Saturday’s estimated jackpot is at $110 million.

happy to see Kimberly win the money. Not knowing what to do with the rest of it after paying obligations, putting the rest in the bank is not the way to go, with the low interest being paid. A much better investment would be donating, lets say 500.00 to the little girl featured on patch. what better investment. Its called the 5,5,5, plan. little girl 5, your 5, my 5. Any other investors?
