AG: Prime Healthcare's Application To Purchase Landmark Incomplete
Attorney General's office has notified prospective buyer it has till March to respond.

Two months after Prime Healthcare asked for an extension on the application deadline to buy Landmark Medical Center, the Attorney General's office says they've left out critical details.
Attorney General Peter Kilmartin's office has sent a letter to Prime Healthcare's attorney and Landmark Medical Center's Special Master Jonathan Savage notifying them of the ommissions.
The letter, penned by Deputy Attorney General Gerald Coyne and Michael Dexter, chief of Health Systems Development, states the most prominent omission is the failure to list the parent company, Prime Healthcare Services Inc., as a transacting party (see attached document).
"The omission impacts responses to numerous questions in the application," the letter reads.
The letter states Prime Healthcare has until March 13 to respond.

geez seems they find a fault with every buyer,leaves one to wonder if they really want to sell landmark or maybe shut it down instead.
