Woonsocket had some nice summer weather Monday punctuated by a few pretty intense downpours, but it wasn't so bad — you need a little rain to make the grass and the flowers grow.
You also don't get to see rainbows without the rain. This double-decker specimen was spotted south of the city. Here are a few shots of it, in case you were busy driving.

LOL, la_mouffette - My girlfriend suggested I put double rainbow in the headline, since that's what it is. I knew someone would pick up on the Youtube video.

Hi I live in Brandon fl. Debbie came by we had 20 inches of rain with 10 Tornados. I thought it would never stop raining streets house flooded piers underwater beach washed out to sea. Wind 65 miles an hour trees uprooted Roofs torn off fora tropical depression it was sure violent I would hate to see if it was a hurricane We still have flooding today This storm would not leave us. Five days of pure hell. People still wanted to go swimming rip tides killed people one man was found in the street drowned. A 32 year old women was found dead with her baby alive in her arms how sad killed by a tornado. The sun finally out and hot 95 could be worse weather of 113 I just know their is a god and he does watch over us. Jim from Brandon Fl near Tampa Fl.
