Over the last several years, at the St. Ann Arts and Cultural Center, we have worked hard on developing one of the area’s best Holiday shopping events – The Winter Carnival.  Unfortunately, with all of that hard work, even the Winter Carnival is not immune to the effects of the economy.  This year, due to the ongoing state of the economy, vendor response has dropped off significantly.  After much thought and deliberation, we have decided to suspend the Winter Carnival for this year.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but because of the number of vendors that have signed up we cannot cover the expenses of opening the building for those two days. We are hopeful that this event will return next year.
